Before
The beauty and nutrition industries are renown for the lack of loyalty of their customers. This was only partially true for Altrient, a pioneering liposomal vitamin C brand. However, channel conflict was a major issue for the holding company and e-commerce Abundance & Health (now A+H).
The premium positioning and product price weren’t reflected by the brand properties. This led to the replaftorming and the creation of three new websites, which are now part of the same ecosystem.

A research conducted with Nielsen suggested to build upon the halo effect of the main product, and the strong positioning of Altrient, to grow the second born brand Neutrient. The new strategy aligned objectives and uplifted the brands, transforming the holding into A+H, the home of high performance nutrients.
Creative content production and performance marketing production were key to elevate the positioning of the brand.
